EDI's solutions for Automated Offer Generation and Workload Planning address all companies that sell individual products. It is an AI-based tool that can be used universally to support companies in the offer process and that integrates the specific expert knowledge of the respective companies that is available on site. The automated system is currently being used by a manufacturer of heating and cooling systems. There, it is used to find suitable, similar, and already produced products together with additional information for customer requests and thus supports the creation of a suitable offer for the customer. For a contract manufacturer customer requests with technical drawings are analyzed by the AI in the Automated Offer Generator. Matching, similar, already produced products are also found here. This considerably simplifies the creation of a suitable offer. In general, the automated Offer Generator can be used for all sorts of use cases and questions.
